Right of withdrawal and product returns

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, they must either (i) return the withdrawal form available at the bottom of the GTCS, or (ii) make any unambiguous statement indicating their intention to return the product (e-mail to contact@charliedanslesetoiles.com). Notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be accompanied by the products concerned.

The customer must return the Product(s), at his/her own expense (unless the product has a defect or manufacturing fault), to the address given below and on the withdrawal form, at the latest within 14 days of communicating his/her decision to withdraw.

Products must be returned under the same conditions of shipment, either by Colissimo or Lettre Suivie or point relais. The customer may also choose the carrier of his choice, as long as a tracking system can be set up to provide proof of return. You can return our products to the charlie dans les étoiles showroom in the 9th arrondissement (by appointment - simply contact us by e-mail at vania [at] charliedanslesetoiles.com).

The company "charlie dans les étoiles" must reimburse the customer, including the shipping costs associated with the initial order (the shipping costs of the initial order will be reimbursed with the returned item in the only case where there was only one item in the initial order. If the customer ordered several items and does not return the entire order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the customer has ordered several items and does not return the entire order, the shipping costs will not be refunded).

The refund of the order will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which "charlie dans les étoiles" has actually collected the Product.

The refund will be made by bank transfer to the card used to pay the original invoice.

Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, and in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used. Any product that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be reimbursed.
