Orders are delivered in France and Europe by Colissimo.

 Delivery takes 48 to 72 hours, depending on the country.
 If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will return the following day. 
If you are absent again, the parcel will be reshipped to our premises. 

Delivery is subject to a charge, which varies according to the destination country.
To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend that you have your order delivered to an address where you are present during working hours (your workplace, for example), or that you arrange for someone to collect the parcel for you (your concierge, for example).
